| Snap-tentacles: In 2005 we published in DAS TAUBLATT (Journal of the GFP) the ability of Drosera glanduligera to retract its unique marginal tentacles in sensationel 0.16 seconds, that is about as rapid as the Venus Flytrap snap-shuts. In 2007 we added a detailled publication that shows the quite different tentacles of the genus. The following documentaries feature several of our results. | ||||

In the 1990s an ant popoulace starts their mating flights through the floor of our tropical greenhouse. That becomes a big meal for our pitcher plant hybrid Sarracenia x catesbaei. |

visit at Borneo Exotics in Sri Lanka 2004 we visit Robert Cantley's world largest nursery for tropical pitcher plants (Nepenthes) in Sri Lanka. The film provides unique pictures of wonderful plants. On December 26 we are very lucky to survive the big tsunami without damage and are able to bring all our video tapes back home and to edit this successful movie. |

impressions 2009 On a visit in Berlin, the German capitol city, we filmed animals at the wonderful zoo-aquarium and visited the chairman of the GFP regional group Berlin, Robert Gieseler. That day his chameleon has even to stand an encounter with a T-rex. No German language is necessary to enjoy the footage. |
