SPECIAL INFORMATION FOR CUSTOMERS IN THE USA AND ASIA !!
Thank
you very much for your interest in our CP movies which have been ordered
from many countries ranging from Australia over Taiwan and Sri Lanka to
European countries, the USA and Canada during the last years. We
do our very best to make our DV(PAL) recorded and edited private
movies playable on most DVD players:
The region code is "0", which is read as "region
free", so they play from code 1 (USA) to code 5. Actually, modern DVD
players have no problem to play NTSC and PAL movies by their software, but
some (mostly older or "special offer"-) players may still have a
problem. During the last years we posted several DVDs to the USA and only
1 of 10 players has a problem. But until now those few customers
found easily a second player where they could view the movies.
We use only high quality DVDs and our equipment is
up to date. Every DVD passes a quality check before posting. Actually it
is still a fact that approximately 10 % of all players may have problems with burned
(but not
pressed) DVDs, but that is a general problem, not caused by our discs.
